'My Roots Are Manouvering'
To Portugal..And I am so excited!! (amongst with the other natural feelings of apprehension, slight overwhelm and a bonkersly busy mind at the moment... and very keen urge to cleanse and clear space for the new shifts that are occuring- cosmically and figuratively) ..super grateful for reiki, supportive words from close ones, pastels, paint and movement (of absolutely any kind at the moment). Portugal; it's land, space, ocean, energy, history, people have called me for a mighty while (as some of you already know) with a body lurching pull that can no longer be ignored, a great sense of longing..like a huge gong sound vibrating through your body that seems to always allow its hum resonate into your natural beat; nudging at your intuition....sensing what needs to be done...release..embrace..renew. The move will create space in my life that is much yearned for in relation to my visualisations for future branches, lovingness, leaves and cosmic connections. I will be much closer to a favourite person of mine too which always warms my heart of love....all of those feels and more.

I'd like to take moments of your reading time to appreciate those of you have shared their time with me. (clients, colleagues, collaborators, friends and kind strangers) who have their well wishes, excitement, debated with me, helping me with decision making, had those long deep conversations. As well the above those who have given authentic encouragement, body doubling, calming words and affirmations, supporting womb activation (an ongoing process), creative wisdom, essential oil sessions, massages, energy work, crystal gifting, copious amounts of Cacoa and meditation, muddy walks, collaborations, shared their practise, wisdom and insights with me. You are all truly inspirational, wise, wholesome and light-filled beings. So deeply grateful and lucky to have had the opportunity for our paths to have crossed, and hopefully they will continue to grow and nurture into the future.

This group will hold a safe, kind, empowering, caring and nurturing community for those practitioners (or for those interested in this modality or work in other alternative therapeutic modalities) who have been to shares and are interested in coming together for Reiki shares as well as sharing knowledge, support and education about energy work, self development, meditation and all things related.

I felt called to open these events every week, so, if you are feeling this i'm inviting you to come together for a distant energy & meditative healing experience, to offer support, rebalance, share ideas and experiences.
So far these sessions have been filled with such treats for the soul and empowering insights and Intuit-led in experiences using varied energy techniques, creative outlets and modalities. Conversations have been blooming heartwarming and empowering.

I'd like to share some recent art that has really jolted my emotional innerness, softened my gaze, strengthened a voice inside of me that at times is not quite as heard as much as I allow space for it to express itself.
Over the last few months, whilst preparing (paperwork mountains, various other navigations) for exciting movements along with experiencing a truly beautiful Portuguese wedding of a dear pal, I spent some time in London, Porto, Cascais, Coimbra. These artists all share a thread of growth, insights that the world needs to know and feel, ancestral twines and rituals, cross culturism, creating unions with the land, cords let loose; things, places, people, feelings, limitations that no longer feel a part of them, the feminine self; expressed as inspiring, powerful, nurtured, gentle and strong, integrated and forward thinking. Re-alighting the fires within us all that may have become cool umbers and not quite as glowy as we have known them to be in past lives. We all have these sparks, discovering them is part of the journey of life, allow them to be felt, moved, voiced, seen and heard.
