Themes and intentions within this group can be personal to you, my one request is that holds thoughts for the greater good..and we do have moments to share non presssured reflection, feelings, alternative lineages or anything that surfaced in a respectful and non judgemental manner...creative outlets to express these are encouraged for those of who feel comfortable to do so. Other brief offerings , I will very soon be holding space for 1-1 Reiki healing in the newly opened Wellness Rooms in Tavistock as part of their therapist community which includes, psychotherapy, talking therapy, counselling, essential oil for menopause, sound, massage and talk therapies. If you would like to pre-book an appointment with me, I am offering newbies a 10% off your first 1 hour session. During sessions I intuitively use a mixture of tools: chromotherapy (integrative colour/light/visual beaming channeling to areas that call to me), crystals, stones, tuning forks, soft saxophone sounds and oils that allow me to enhance rebalance, energy flow and open space for you to allow self discovery. |

Dec 2024 'A Labyrinths' Resonance' Hi friends, what have you been up to recently? Any exciting projects, work or notions coming into the light with creation? I'd love to hear. It's been a mighty hot minute since I have shared with you all the inner and outings of my practise with you all.
