Reiki , Meditation & Creative Expression Experiences 🙏💫🌄💜

Reiki shares are now back and are more alive than ever. Due to the forever shifts in the world, challenges, wars and heartache that you may be feeling universally. We will have space at the start of each of healing session to share peace, and restorative energy outwards . These shares are for everyone and I will guide through Reiki symbols, phrases, shapes and affirmations/mantras.

Creative Empowerment Experience, Meditation & Insight Play Therapy:

(Connect with me for more info and my updated Freelance Rates).1-1/small groups up to 25 peeps. I offer a mobile service, due to some automobile mishaps, I will be keeping local during December. Distant sessions and consultations are welcome. My current and previous clients are all ages and with all abilities. We use different tools to stimulate and enhance our curiosity, inner urges, such as our own insanely resourceful and beautiful bodies, intention meditation, journalling, intuitive voice expressions, somatic exercises, paint, pastels, scent, sound and other sensory discoveries.💛Availability: Mondays, Fridays & Wednesdays.

Current and past clients include: For these experiences I have independently and collab/co- partnered with inspirational individuals in their homes or within other spaces...which include activity centres, Complex Needs Homes, Leadworks, Charities, CIC, organisations (Creative Curiosities, CAMP, Louder Than The Storm, Space To Move, Tedx-partnered with AYCH, Shelby Studios, Routeways, AYCH, universities,(University of Exeter, University of Plymouth) and with so many other wonderful beings.
