'A Labyrinths' Resonance'

Hi friends, what have you been up to recently? Any exciting projects, work or notions coming into the light with creation? I'd love to hear.

It's been a mighty hot minute since I have shared with you all the inner and outings of my practise with you all. To be honest, i've been allowing some time for various settling-ins and reaching outs and recently I have been feeling like i'm moving in sync with a Labyrinth's path.

Have you tried Labrynth wheel meditation.

Take a real looong look at the image below.

Have a notebook and pen to hand. Make yourself comfy, still, and close your eyes or offer a gentle gaze upon this image. Slowly and gently visualise yourself entering the Labyrinth- have an idea/intention of what you would like clarity, wisdom or guidance on. As you go around each path have this intention held within your minds' eye as you walk. Ask your higher self for guidance if feel called to. When approaching the centre of the Labrynth give thanks to your guides, settle in the centre and free write whatever messages or words are offered to you. Don't worry if you don't make it to the centre-you will meet yourself where you intuitively want to be at that time.

This meditation is perfect for the start or the end of your day, as it will fuel both sides of your brain (which is always a wonder fab and balanced feeling) and ignite sense of clarity and release.

Other News:

It is with sadness (but also along with some profoundly positive experiences, kindness, love, learning curves and lushness) due to my Portuguese visa circumstances (type of visa, policy changes, business visas, non extendable current employment sources and the like) and the various amounting tough visa bureaucracy connected with all of this which has been a nut that will not crack at this time- I will be returning back to Devon in January to hop on the re-navigation life band wagon again. I have had to postpone some summer retreat/events here due to this. Feeling a bit wobbly about this is a blooming understatement right now but using tools to let go of the worry and fear always treats these angst feelings well.

I feel as though I am just getting to know like minded and bodied people here, living the landscape and feeling a sense of place. Emotions feel similar to the ebb and flow of the ocean, wild with its' tides, but, often held with moments where the sea is so still it looks like glass.

Moments like these remind me of walking the Labrynth, with its' meditative spiral, curves and corners, allowing you to see and feel all perspectives. Sometimes during this journey we can meet our past and current, patterns, habits, connections, memories with grief, happiness, hope, reflection and clarity. Within the moments of pauses, shifting, side stepping and stillness of deciding which way to go next - we gradually create our own flow again, forming new habits, unturned fortunes and gifts which leads us to the heart of the Labrynth- our pulse, ikagi, life force within, beat of your own drum, your Dharma the hub of a Mandala.

Exciting Collaborations and Creations

Throughout October and November I had been kindly invited and funded to festivals and conferences in Lisbon and Cyprus. These were in collaborating with tech, art, film, quantum science, computing and performance work.

In collaboration with Omar we created a tangible sound activated canvas. (With the nifty of copper conductive tape and some tree of life wiring at the back of the canvas) This acted as an interactive poster at EQTC. This is a canvas that is touch sensitive, which displays different examples of QAC (Quantum-computing Aided Composition) in a web app reached from your phone. The work is an artistic and technological interpretation of "Quantum Circuits for Creativity", taking human inspiration adding touch This was displayed at Culturgest. Symbols and shapes take that reference to circuits as well as some additional energetic symbols meaning reactivity and universe.

Also check out this which is a quantum take on traditional classical artworks: collective QC-PAINT. It is called "Quantum computing inspired paintings: reinterpreting classical masterpieces" and it describes the process of reinterpreting classical paintings, from Caravaggio to Richter, using the time evolution of an Ising Hamiltonian on a quantum computation.

In Cyprus for Quantum Itineraries collaboration with Omar, Paulo Itaborai and Grant Speich we created a new live performance of Jupiter Meets Saturn. This featured a cosmic inspired live guided meditation by yours truly with accompaniment of sound (including natural tree sounds) crystal ball perspective by Grant. We will share the meditation with you all soon, it was one of our most magical ones yet!! Manifesting some future collaborations up yonder.
